Contrat: CDD de 6 mois

Location: Haguenau

As Health, Safety & Environment Engineer, you will be part of a team of 5 people reporting to the Health, Safety and Environment Manager of Haguenau site.

What will be your responsibilities?

Projects

  • Is contributing to the delivery of the Haguenau safety journey in order to improve the Leadership, culture, systems and risk reduction. Is leading some specific topics of this journey.
  • Is giving support to new site activities and transformational projects
  • Is leading HSE functional projects to reduce the risks for people and for the environment.
  • Is leading project to improve the regulation conformity

Management system

  • Is responsible for the HSE Management system
  • Is responsible to deploy the Mars HSE standards/procedures
  • Is training the associates on HSE topics
  • Is responsible to ensure HSE is integrated in the FMOS system (Factory Management Operating System) and MSE process (Mars Supply Excellence)
  • Is responsible of the regulation conformity

Audits

  • Is responsible to facilitate the Governmental inspection
  • Is responsible to organize and make the follow-up HSE Management system audits

Expertise

  • Regulation conformity
  • Is responsible to ensure the regulation conformity and actions to close the gaps
  • Periodical HSE controls
  • Is responsible to define the periodical HSE controls
  • Technology follow-up
  • Is responsible to ensure the technology follow-up in order to be UpToDate with new HSE solutions
  • Expert
  • Is consulted by other departments to give support as expert in some HSE topics and gives support to analyse safety and environmental incidents
  • Reporting
  • Is responsible of the periodical HSE data’s for the Region and French government
