The Health & Wellbeing Coordinator role at St George’s Care Home in Bristol is responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities and programs that promote the overall wellbeing of the residents. This includes organizing group activities, one-on-one sessions, and outings to enrich the lives of the residents. You will work closely with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care and wellbeing.
