With more than 69,000 students and 7,000 staff, the University of Seville (USE) is the third largest university in Spain. The HRS4R is awarded by the European Commission to research institutions and organizations supporting a favourable and boosted work environment.The International Projects Office at the USE offers a coaching and advising programme to MSCA PF candidates and supervisors, helping them to write a more competitive proposal.Postdoctoral researchers with Marie Curie contracts at the USE will be considered for tenure track at the end of their contract.Brief description of the Centre/Research GroupResearch Group CTS1149: Integral and Sustainable Health: Bio-Psycho-Social, Cultural and Spiritual Approach for Human Development.The Research Group is composed of multidisciplinary researchers affiliated with the Department of Nursing at the University of Seville, as well as healthcare professionals linked to public or private healthcare and scientific activity. This group establishes the following lines of research: (1) Comprehensive bio-psycho-social care and
nursing ethics in clinical care; (2) Attention to cultural components in care and health; (3) Spiritual health in all areas of human life; (4) Research on
sustainability and environmental responsibility for Global Health; (5) Research for Human Development and the eradication of inequalities in vulnerable groups; (6) Entrepreneurship and teaching innovation in the field of global health.Project descriptionSUSTAinsHealth (sustainability measures in health care centers and institutions). The project hypothesizes that the implementation of sustainability measures should be based on 4 essential pillars for the provision of health care: the spaces that the centers occupy (infrastructure), the services provided (health care), the professionals involved, as well as the regulations that govern their operation (policies). The breadth of the project allows working on one or several pillars. Therefore, some options for the candidate could be to expand the knowledge of sustainability measures to health managers and professionals, analyze the cost effectiveness of some measures, establish indicators for their implementation (including ethical and gender aspects), develop technological applications that help the implementation of activities, etc.Research Area

- Any nationality (European Fellowship) / European national or long-term resident of a Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country (Global Fellowship)
- Be in a possession of a doctoral degree (PhD)
- Have a maximum of 8 years full-time equivalent experience in research, measured from the date of award of the doctoral degree
- Comply with the mobility rule: not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Spain (for European Postdoctoral Fellowships), or in the country of the host organisation for the outgoing phase (for Global Postdoctoral Fellowships) for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the call deadline.
