The Board of Trustees wish to appoint an enthusiastic HR Admin Assistant. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to become part of the Trust central team. The post holder will work primarily be home-based, but some travel will be expected between the Trust’s portfolio of academies within the Derby Hub and Northwest Hubs.The successful candidate will:
- Literacy & Numeracy skills equivalent to Level 2 of the National Qualification & Credit Framework.
- Experience of undertaking a wide range of office-based administration and clerical tasks
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice or equivalent or willingness to achieve
- Have excellent ICT skills and knowledge of information management systems, spreadsheets and databases
- Have knowledge of recruitment fundamentals including safer recruitment
- Understand the importance of safeguarding
- Have the ability to collate data to produce performance indicators
