In 2024 Italdesign obtained the Top Employers Certification for the ninth consecutive year.PositionItaldesign is looking for an HR Administration Specialist for a maternity leave cover. The person will join the team in charge of industrial relations, labour law, global mobility, labour cost, payroll and time management.The ideal candidate will be able to manage operational aspects related to employee work relationships and move seamlessly through HR administration processes, from payroll activities to time & attendance management.The HR Administration Specialist is methodical, detail-oriented, well-organized and deadline-conscious. In addition to a flexible mindset and a willingness to reach team objectives while maintaining good collaboration with colleagues, the candidate must be able to perform under stress and possess strong problem-solving skills.Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with experts to perform a correct and efficient payroll preparation and calculation, ensuring a timely and correct payment execution;
  • Maintain, control and update personnel information and payroll data of the employees in HR Zucchetti Infinity;
  • Management of the time & attendance system. Identify, track, and reconcile anomalies such as missing clock-in and clock-out registrations;
  • Managing data and reports on HR topics (i.e. holidays, overtime, workforce, etc.);
  • Support employees and managers to resolve daily issues regarding labour conditions;
  • Continuously monitor and stay up to date on changes in employment law;
  • Have daily interactions with other departments and internal clients by phone and e-mail, maintaining a positive relationship with the employees.

RequirementsKey requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • High sense of integrity with a strong commitment to confidentiality and diplomacy
  • High-quality work approach and respectful of deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working independently while demonstrating a solid commitment to the team
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferential requirements

  • Zucchetti modules knowledge
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user
  • Knowledge of Italian labor law and HR practices
  • Experience in the industrial sector

Other information

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (economics, law, social studies or specific HR related fields)
  • Language skills: Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian. Knowledge of English and German would be appreciated.
