ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Adviser to contribute to the recruitment, development and retention of high quality staff, support managers to drive performance and provide well informed advice and creative solutions to resolve people management and development issues.  

ABOUT THE TEAM

As part of the Human Resources Management Team you will work closely with other People functions including HR Business Services, Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Health, Safety and Sustainability, Organisational Development and People Experience to deliver the best service to our customers.

ABOUT YOU

As the main contact for managers and staff in your area, you will pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service and helping them achieve their business objectives. You will be confident, well organised and able to work at pace.

To be successful you will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent), with a professional qualification in HR, and experience in a generalist HR role.
