- Being a Business Partner for Middle Management, supporting advising and coaching them on employee relations, engagement, employee development and departmental challenges
- Ensuring company policies and actions are compliant with local legislations and known in the respective countries by employees and Line Managers
- Preparing ad hoc regional reports with relevant employee data for Finance, Payroll, and other departments as requested
- Identify, select and on-board talent that meets business needs and embraces the Capri culture
- Partner with the Center of Excellence based in London and regional HR Business Partners, including senior leadership teams
- Tracking sick leave in line with local laws and in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage Employee grievances, disciplinary, investigations and performance related cases in the Distribution Center, while working closely with relevant department Managers
- Oversee the complete HR lifecycle and supervising the HR Administrators (x 2) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of employee contracts, letters, statements, leaver documents, tracking of probation period and contract prolongations in line with local laws, maintaining personnel files as well as HRIS systems for audit purposes in a timely manner
- Supporting the day-to-day events of the corporate office and any other reasonable duties
You’ll need to have
- Proven HR Administration in an international organization (minimum 5 years), preferably in the Warehousing environment
- ER case experience
- Exposure to and knowledge of Dutch labor laws and social security regulations
- Excellent administrative, communication and organization skills
- Native Dutch and fluent in English
- Hands-on and pro-active personality with a strong service-based attitude to build relationships with the Field population remotely
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience working with an HRIS system; Workday experience is a preferred.
