The HR Advisor role is an excellent opportunity to provide support in all aspects of human resources within Higher Education. Based in Central London, this permanent role will allow you to make a meaningful impact by supporting strategic HR initiatives.

  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law to managers and employees.
  • Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Work closely with the wider human resources team to deliver key projects and objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on HR metrics to support decision-making.
