The HR Advisor works closely with the in-country Business Partner in supporting FTI’s key HR transactions, policies and initiatives.What You’ll Do· Build relationships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders in the business· Act as primary point of escalation for HR Business Partners on HR operations· Partner with EMEA HR Advisory team offering in-country expertise· Responsible for end-to-end job data change management· Responsible for end-to-end offboarding including routine exit interviews· Responsible for end-to-end global mobility cases· Responsible for end-to-end leave management· Responsible for contingent workforce lifecycle management· Audit new hire data, job requisition coding, job data changes and related documentation· Lead medium size HR projects including business process consulting and related change management· Collaborate with HR Advisors for project-based initiatives· Assist with performance management and annual compensation review process· Manage Tier 1 employee relations cases· Assist with advanced reporting across all HR systems as requested· Review, develop and communicate HR policies and processes· Responsible for documenting process changes and employee content, as well as creating and maintaining Knowledge Articles· Provide support to ad hoc processes and projects· Provide basic administrative services as required per local regulations and processes· Ensure accurate provision of information for payroll processing such as providing supplemental information when needed and overseeing transactions processed by the HR Associates to ensure accuracy and timely submission· Point of contact with recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding process· Collaborate with HRBP to ensure a great experience for new employees during first days and week at the officeHow You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
