We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Analyst to join our team.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
– Budgeting & Forecasting: Conduct detailed analysis of staff costs, including payroll, benefits, and HR operational expenses. Develop and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with Business Performance and Finance teams to ensure alignment with departmental goals and strategies.
– Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage advanced analytics to track changes in costs, staffing levels, HR metrics, and survey results. Generate insightful reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions within HR and across the business.
– Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities within HR analytics and budgeting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
– HR Data Management: Maintain data integrity and accuracy across HR systems to ensure consistent and high-quality HR data.
– Performance Assessment Analysis: Analyze performance assessment results and survey data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in employee performance and engagement.
– Strategic Insights & Consultative Support: Act as a consultative partner to HR and other stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analytical projects.
– Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key analytical resource within the HR team, partnering with People Operations and internal stakeholders to drive strategic HR analytics initiatives and ensure successful execution aligned with business goals.Qualifications– Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR analytics, with a strong focus on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and process optimization; experience in iGaming is highly
preferred.
– HRIS and Analytical Tools: Proficiency in HRIS tools and advanced data analysis techniques, along with familiarity with data science or statistical analysis tools.
– Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills for comprehensive data visualization and reporting.
– Core HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of staff cost analysis and HR metrics, with the ability to link them to business performance indicators.
– Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for interpreting complex data.
– Core Skills: High level of Ownership and Initiative to independently drive projects and transform data insights into actionable recommendations.
– Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex analytical insights to stakeholders at all levels within the organization. Confident English language skillsNice to have:
– Experience working with large datasets in iGaming, tech, or related industries. Certifications or courses in HR Analytics or Data Analytics.Additional InformationWe offer:
