As HR Assistant, you’ll provide the first point of contact for advice and guidance on a wide range of HR queries from within the Division and from staff at all levels. You will also provide high level support to the HR team working closely with the Team Leader and HR Business Partner’s in the management of complex case work.
In addition, you will play a key role in undertaking job evaluation and leading on administrative exercises such as DPA and FOI requests. Full training will be provided in job evaluation and HRIS.

As HR Assistant you will be confident and capable, you’re comfortable providing generalist HR advice to managers, with experience in general HR and knowledge across a range of areas and will advertise. You are able to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels and offer a creative approach to problem solving. You also have strong administrative and organisational skills, and are able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. You are likely to be either part or newly CIPD qualified, and able to show us your commitment to development as a HR professional.
