Job Description:This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who enjoys and thrives in a proactive environment on a 12 month fixed term contract.Working alongside our Human Experience Strategy Partner team, you will participate and contribute both at an operational and strategic level. You will provide a key role in championing the People Strategy and driving a culture of high performance within the organisation.You will also be responsible for partnering with our people leaders on all aspects of HR, organisational development, employee engagement, performance management and talent management.You will partner with some of our key business functions (Operations, Finance & E-Commerce) in a variety of ways, with one common goal; helping our humans to flourish and develop in a world leading working environment.The role reports into Director, Human Experience Strategic Partners.What we can offer youAs part of a collaborative and supportive Human Experience team, you will have the opportunity to:Build strong relationships with people leaders and act as their trusted advisor to deliver high quality, efficient and consistent HR initiatives and servicesDriving and execute the people strategy across Operations, Finance and E-Commerce business functions enhancing the workplace experience, building a positive organisational culture, positive employee experience and enhancing our processes to support organisational delivery.Coach the management teams you support through the performance management cycle to drive high performance with the opportunity to support change management and organisational development initiatives.Lead learning and development activity with your teams and stakeholder groups, recognising requirements and partnering effectively with our Talent Development team to develop appropriate learning strategies to drive a high performance culture.Assist the Director, Human Experience Strategy Partner team and wider HX team on shared continuous improvement initiatives.Provide day/day tactical support to employees and people leaders through effective coaching and mentoring and management of employee relations, grievance and/or disciplinary hearings.Execute compensation planning in line with the overall annual compensation strategy.Analyse trends and metrics to deliver key insights to people leaders and the business to enhance HR solutions, processes and programs that address current and future problems and enable better decisions.The Skills you will bringCommunication – strong written and verbal communication needed. Ability to change the message to suit different audiences.Strategic Thinking – Ability to demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking and execution.Attention to detail and ability to configure and present metrics and data to a professional level and senior audience.Highly adaptable and flexible individual with a growth mindset and curiosity to learn and develop.Adaptability – Ability to embrace change and being flexible and comfortable adapting current work practices and procedures to respond to changing/different situations.
