Job description

  • Supporting managers in daily HR operations and in achieving business goals from a people strategy perspective.
  • Participating in projects related to organizational development and the implementation of HR processes in an international environment.
  • Initiating and executing projects in the areas of talent management, employee development, employer branding, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Building strong relationships with employees and fostering an organizational culture based on values and engagement.
  • Taking an active part in global HR initiatives and projects in collaboration with central HR teams.
  • Identifying training needs and working with the L&D department to deliver development programs.
  • Creating, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Preparing HR reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in a structured organization and in participation in global projects.
  • Strong knowledge of soft HR practices and a solid understanding of labor law.
  • Proactive approach, independence, and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with modern HR tools and HRIS systems.
  • Very good command of English (C1 level) – mandatory.
