The position
HR Business Partner is responsible for delivering high quality HR service for the Polish Affiliate, acting as strategic partner in all people & organisation related processes and topics, has a crucial contribution in leadership culture development and fostering our values – Novo Nordisk Way.

Your main responsibilities would include:

-Impacting and implementing HR local strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business and global P&O strategies
-Acting as HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to Line of Business Heads and their teams, but also as change agent, facilitator, coach
-Providing overall leadership and management of HR initiatives across the Affiliate in a consistent manner while creating repeatable and scalable solutions
-Delivering in the defined part of the organisation the highly effective people related processes (i.e. talent reviews, promotion calibrations, employee engagement and recognition) in very close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders to ensure high level of employees’ experience, engagement and well-being but also to fully utilized organisation potential
-Collaborating in an efficient way with Centres of Excellence (such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards), external service provider and promoting Novo Nordisk Way as a Role Model.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need:

-Minimum 5 years of experience within a standalone or highly autonomous role in area of human resources including broad knowledge of all HR disciplines, long term thinking, facilitation & change management skills
-Ability to understand the implication of business challenges and related strategies for the organisation and translate it into HR focus areas and initiatives
-Experience in leading and delivering cross functional HR projects
-Very good practical knowledge of P&O areas (talent acquisition, people development including capabilities building, performance management, compensations & benefits) and Polish labour law
-Fluency in Polish and English.

On a personal level you need to have the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives; able to comfortably speak to business line managers and establish a communication cadence. You need to be a team player who is willing to pitch in and help wherever necessary but also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership for your actions.

People & Organisation (P&O) team is a strategic business partner to all functional areas across the business area. We oversee and support leaders and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle management, facilitating initiation and implementation of organisational and cultural changes, developing capabilities focused on growing people and business. The team consists of a diverse HR leaders with different backgrounds and competences. It is a team of motivated and passionate colleagues, who drives the organisational development agenda aligned with company strategic objectives.
