The focus of this position will be on our Orthoway Clinics organisation. Orthoway was established in 2017 and has since then acquired several entities. The group currently consists of 13 legal entities and 35 locations in France, mainly in the north and west. Orthoway was acquired by Embla Medical in 2020.
Currently we are looking for an HRBP to support the growth of the business, the further integration of acquired entities into Orthoway, as well as the integration of Orthoway into Embla Medical.
The HRBP can be based in Rennes, Lyon or Cambrai, and will report to the Director of People EMEA Clinics (based in Sweden). The HRBP will have a dotted line to Managing Director Orthoway and be part of the Orthoway leadership team.

What You will Do:
- Own day-to-day HR activities like employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance.
- Partner with the business unit leadership team, strategically aligning HR initiatives with company goals.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, nurturing a positive and productive work environment.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
- Champion continuous improvement through change management and adaptation to evolving needs.
- Partner with the Total Rewards team to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Contribute to our employer brand, attracting and retaining top talent.
- Analyze HR metrics, utilizing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across teams.
We are Looking for someone who:
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrably successful HR experience.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken & written).
- Skilled knowledge of French labor law and practices.
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams.
- Experience driving merit processes.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
- Professional communication, presentation and influencing skills with cultural awareness.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude
- A good understanding of the business, financials, products/services, and capability needs of teams and departments.
- Clear understanding of how HR contributes to the overall organization and its strategic goals.
A bonus for us would be experience in:
