Are you proud of what you did today? Our people areAs our HR Business Partner, you will be a close and trusted sparring partner for our Aarhus location. This includes employees across different functions, from our assembly site to office – based roles, for a total of approx. 300 FTE’s.
Furthermore, you will be collaborating closely with the other Danish HR colleagues in local and global functions, supporting them on their site when needed (Støvring and Copenhagen). In this role, you will be reporting to the Country HR Manager.As HR Business Partner, your main tasks will be:

• Training and sparring with our Team Leaders and Managers in HR related topics
• Run the annual HR wheel locally incl. processes of Goal Setting, performance management, succession planning, internal Talent Development, leadership development & salary review
• Participate in employee dialogues regarding well-being, performance etc.
• Training of managers and employees in relation to career development
• Act as sparring partner on legal HR related questions
• Support and drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
• Support and coordinate with schools regarding apprenticeships
• Lead recruitment processes for Direct Manufacturing roles

Furthermore, we hope that you:

• Have around 5 years of experience in a similar industry, ideally coming from a manufacturing company
• Have insight to the Danish labour law and to the collective agreements of production workers
• Can talk to people at all levels and across different functions in the organization
• Are self-driven and are acting proactively to seek new knowledge when needed.
• You are not afraid to ask for help when you don’t know the answer and get your hands on the operational HR tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English and Danish are a prerequisite.
• Have solid interpersonal skills, good at establish fruitful relations and a trusted advisor in HR related matters.
• Have experience with facilitating HR processes and coaching skills
