Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives

Requirements:
– Degree or training in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
– 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR function, preferably within an industrial setting
– Proficient in Dutch employment law; familiarity with Belgian/Benelux regulations is advantageous
– Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch; English (C1 level) required, with French proficiency as an added benefit
