Human Resources Management organization is seeking a new team member for the following position:HR BUSINESS PARTNER (for Exploration & Production)Scope of the positionProviding HR support to more business areas within Exploration and Production (E&P) division (~100 white collar employees, ~15 managers in scope) for the Hungarian and Headquarter operation.Tasks in more details:
- Act as primary HR point of contact and HR advisor for your managers
- Collaborate with Recruitment team in ensuring efficient recruitment & selection processes to provide high quality workforce on time
- Ensure that all actions related to employment, changes and terminations are timely implemented with legal compliance; collaborate with HR administrative teams efficiently
- Support change management and organizational design, process by translating business needs to HR actions
- Support managers in HR related cost planning; analyze and explain data in collaboration with controllers
- Support managers in performance & talent management, and capability development programs, projects and actions
- Apply all internal HR regulations, systems, processes and tools and support managers in usage of those
- Drive action plans together with the managers to improve employee satisfaction

Requirements:
- College or University degree
- Fluent English and Hungarian
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR professional experience; previous experience with international division support is advantage
- Good knowledge of the Hungarian labor law
- Driving license and practice – Category B
- Comfortably using MS Office applications, SAP is a strong advantage
