OverviewAs an HR Business Partner (HRBP) within Expleo, you will play a key role as a partner to managers and operational teams to provide HR support and contribute to the overall success of the business. You will be responsible to take care of our Human Resources in an operational point of view & for creating and implementing HR solutions that are aligned with business strategy and organisational objectives, while making sure there is a positive and productive working environment.What’s more, you’ll be involved in participating in HR projects across different Expleo entities for different countries.If you join our company, you will be joining a dynamic, close-knit and ambitious team that is ready to take on new challenges with you. We will give you the tools to express your expertise and develop your skills and your career.Day in the Job as an HRBP :Develop and maintain a relationship with employees: Act as the main point of contact and troubleshooter for employees on human resources issues (Payroll, Fleet, Training, administrative,…)Be a strategic partner: Working with managers and executives to understand business needs and provide HR advice to support the achievement of business objectives.Manage the employee Lifecycle: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, skills development, internal mobility….Compliance and employment legislation: Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and ethical HR practices, in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.Key Selection Criteria:
- You have experience in a similar position and an experience in Belgian social laws, knowledge of social law in the Netherlands is a plus
- A fluent level of English & French is required, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- You have solid communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- You have a proven ability to work independently, manage cross-functional HR projects and collaborate actively with a range of stakeholders.
- You have a good command of office tools (Office suite at least)
- You are known for your sense of service, your enthusiasm and your rigor
- You are dynamic and positive
- You are not afraid of learning and multitasking
- You have a degree in Human Resources (Bac+3 or Bac+5)
