People who are passionate about sustainability, driven by curiosity and want to grow and learn.As an HR Business Partner, the main objective is to partner with the business on everything related to operational HR and tactical and strategic HR topics for dedicated department(s) within the Belgium organization. (40%)The Facility Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of the facility’s infrastructure, ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all employees, clients, and visitors. This role involves managing building systems, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The Facility Officer will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and external vendors to ensure the facility operates smoothly and effectively. (60%)ResponsibilitiesHR Business Partner● Advice and support for managers and departments in all HR-related issues
● Support conception and implementation of organizational and personnel development measures as well as HR projects
● Operational HR work in the HR life cycle
● Ensure all HR deliverables are in the right quality at the right time, e.g. Recruitment, On- and Off-boarding, Job Transfer, Exit, Compensation etc.
● Coach and advice line management on people (development) matters
● Drive People Strategy and deploy the HR solutions, e.g. Talent Management, Succession
● Maintain all employee master data in SuccessFactors and other local databases
● KPI and HR-data reporting
● Run payroll in local systems and ensure data accuracy and timeliness
● Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
● Integration and close collaboration with the HR EMEA & Asia teamFacility Officer
- Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that the premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Maintenance: Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance and repair of facility infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.) to ensure optimal functionality.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with service providers and contractors for outsourced services (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.), ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory of facility-related supplies (cleaning materials, office supplies, safety equipment) and ensure stock is maintained.
- Budget Management: Assist with the preparation and management of the facility’s budget, including tracking expenses for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Space Planning: Assist with space management and optimization, ensuring efficient use of office areas and common spaces.
- Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans, including evacuation routes, emergency drills, and coordination during crises.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Promote and support initiatives for energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental sustainability within the facility.
Your ProfileEducation / Qualification
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent working experience
● 3+ years experience in HR Business Partner / + 2 year experience in facility management
● Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager, Occupational Health & Safety) are a plus.Experience

● Proficiency in Microsoft office, Google and HR systems and tools
● Ideal wise experience with SuccessFactors
