We are looking for an HR Business Partner who has overall responsibility for HR processes in DHL Supply Chain Denmark.What we offer

We are part of a larger organization, reporting to Nordics, with ownership in Germany. Your workplace will be located at the Greve site, but you will also visit our sites in Allerød on weekly basis as well as having the possibility work remote occasionally. As our HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Nordics HR team and reporting to Head of HR, Nordics.Your key responsibilities are:

  • Taking the overall ownership of HR processes in Denmark according to DHL and Supply Chain policies
  • Being a key driver of our people culture and continuously improving our employee engagement towards our goal to be great workplace to all
  • Supporting the local organization and mangers in daily HR topics
  • Managing the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to exit processes
  • Working closely with your HR colleague on site, payroll team and suppliers, maintaining HR systems and managing monthly HR reporting
  • Managing our annual HR processes like employee satisfaction surveys, performance and salary reviews
  • Acting as a coach to managers in questions related to HR
  • Cooperating with other DHL business units in Denmark in joint topics and other HR colleagues in Nordic countries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or any other related subject
  • Preferably minimum of three years of HR Business Partner experience
  • Deep knowledge in local employment/labor law
  • Knowledge of coaching skills
  • Understanding in change management principles and tools to support the coordination of change management activities
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize activities in a fast-paced organization work under pressure and meet challenging deadline
  • Proficient in Danish and English, both written and oral
  • Good communication skills and enjoy collaborating in a team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly strong skills in Excel, and are proficient in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

  • You can interact with people at all levels, possess motivational qualities, and have the ability to build trust
  • You are good with numbers and want to work with figures, formulas, and payroll calculations
