Job description

HR Strategy and Support

  • Translate the business unit’s strategy into short- and mid-term HR initiatives in order to support the business strategy for assigned clients.
  • Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with Line Managers and define appropriate hiring strategies.
  • Monitor the organizational climate (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas)
  • Act as the primary communication link between Line Managers and the HR Department.
  • Ensure compliance with existing company policies and coordinate any required disciplinary actions with Line Managers.
  • Embody Company’s values and act as a Company Ambassador.
  • Lead the team in implementing processes consistent with the overall HR strategy.
  • Participate in career days and employer branding events, representing the Company and the Group.

Training and Development

  • Organize and conduct training sessions.
  • Manage and continuously improve key talent tools and programs

Facility Management

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, including managing refurbishments and renovations.
  • Plan and oversee facility-related central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, parking, and fleet management.
  • Implement practices to increase efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and compare costs for goods and services, negotiating contracts to optimize delivery and cost savings in collaboration with the Indirect Procurement Manager.
  • Coordinate and monitor contractor and supplier activities, fostering productive relationships with vendors.
  • Prepare and manage the facility budget.
  • Generate and present regular reports on facility-related finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 8+ in HR roles
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English
  • High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
