Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Management of Group HR controlling activities:
- Guarantee full application of HR controlling procedure and processes for Forvia scope (Faurecia perimeter + Hella perimeter)
- Lead Group reporting process to collect HR controlling data within the Group for all phases: monthly results, forecasts, budget, update, mid-term strategic plan, annual social report
- Monitor Group HR controlling deliveries to management ensuring reliability, consistency and transparency of collected data through both business management and geographical consolidations
- Drive specific ad-hoc analysis and projects
- Alert, in case of deviation vs targets and propose diagnostics and contingencies action plan to BGs and/or Group functional owners
- Provide executive summaries for external/internal communication (COMEX, FORVIA HR / Finance / Legal / Communication departments)
- Contribute to Group Annual Social Report for internal publication and master yearly CSRD HR reporting Audits in collaboration with external partners
- Propose regular update of HR Group controlling procedures in collaboration with BGs representatives and HR Group functional owners and ensure its deployment and understanding through Group organization
- Organize systematic formalized communication with BGs and Country HR network
- Coordinate with Group Finance to ensure consistency of reporting and analysis (labor costs and restructuring)
- Ensure that HR reporting and controlling network are informed and trained in line with Group HR processes, definitions and reporting tools at all level of the organization (Site/Division/BG/Country/Corporate)
- Animate the HR controlling network through specific events and reviews to ensure a continuous HR controllers injection reservoir within the function
Responsible for Headquarter (corporate & countries) HR Budget and Update elaboration:
- Pilot Headcount and P&L consolidations at Corporate and HQ Countries level
- Challenge Corporate HR EVP N-1 and HR Country VP’s & HRD’s before Group reviews
- Build and present executive summaries for CEO / CFO / HR EVP
Functional owner of HR Controlling systems evolution and efficiency:
- Drive the functional aspects of Metis-HR (Hyperion): change request definitions, development controls and deployment in production database for all reporting phases
- Drive the Success Factors (SAP)-BI-Metis-HR interface process in collaboration with HRIS & GIS teams and HR country controller representatives: interfaced country process definition and planning, country mapping supervision, reporting errors tracking and action plan for process industrialization management (actions on Group IT BI and GV HRIS teams)
- Propose Success Factors (SF) design and control tool improvements to HRIS team to reinforce Core Model approach and deployment
- Enhance Group HR data visualization tool Hector 2.0 with AI technologies
Lead functional HR controllers’ community
- Yearly People review of the network (Site, Div, BG) to reinforce solid reservoir
- Organize and ensure the functional support to HR controlling network
- Propose continuous training plans (tools and HR KPis definition) to secure a common understanding of Group standards in line with Group HR processes, definitions and reporting tools at all levels of the organization (Site/Division/BG/Country/Corporate)
- Lead functionally BG HR controllers
- Animate the HR controlling network through specific events and reviews to ensure a continuous HR controllers injection reservoir within the function
- Manage Hella controlling integration with Hella peers on Hella perimeter
Your profile and competencies to succeed
The role leads HR controlling activities for the group and are accountable for the quality of HR data in the frame of monthly reporting (actual, forecasts), yearly budget, strategic plan & restructuring follow-up through three main Information packs: headcount, costs, KPI’s.
They are accountable for the HR controlling data and provide relevant analysis to the organization to ensure deviations are reacted to and propose corrective action plans to be implemented in a timely manner to minimize impact on P&L and cash.
To be successful, they need to have a global understanding of the business context and to work closely with the Finance department.
They are the process owner of the HR controlling process and its continuous improvement to optimize our tools and processes in line with business needs. In addition, they lead the HR Controlling network and its development.
Success Profile:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR’s role within this

- Data driven / Analytical & synthetic
- Agile with IS & digital (excel, ppt / knowledge of Global View and Success Factor is a ++)
- Good finance controlling knowledge
- Leadership skills: ability to influence / drive execution / grow talent
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork and network oriented
- Hierarchical management of one collaborator and functional management of BG and country HR controllers (+ consultants optional)
- Previous experience: Ideally BG HR controller or strong business focused HR role
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
