Position Snapshot
– Location: Esplugues de Llobregat.
– Type of Contract: Permanent.

– Work Language: Fluent Business English.The roleTo provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that inform talent decisions, enhance workforce planning, improve employee experience, and drive HR and organizational effectiveness.What youll do– Data Analysis:- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data related to employee performance, engagement, and other HR metrics from various HR systems (HRIS, ATS, Snowflake, HR DataLake, engagement platforms, etc.).
– Conduct advanced statistical analysis, including regression, correlation, clustering, and hypothesis testing.– Reporting:- Design and implement dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support decision-making across talent acquisition, retention, DEI, performance, rewards and learning.
– Monitor and report on key HR KPIs and business outcomes.– Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with HR teams and business units to understand their analytics needs and provide tailored evidence-basis solutions.– Predictive Analytics:- Develop predictive models to identify trends and forecast future workforce needs.– Employee listening: – Comprehensive reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of employee needs and concerns.– HR Data Champion:- Ensure the ethical , integrity and accuracy of HR data, maintaining compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR).Minimum qualifications:– Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
– +2 years experience in HR Analytics or a related field.
– Experience with HR data structures.
– Data Analysis Visualization: Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
– Experience working with global survey tools, primarily with Qualtrics.
– HR Technology and Data Architecture: Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., SAP ,SuccessFactors, HR Datalake, Snowflake, Position Enterprise Arquitecture (PEA), Qualtrics).
– Data Governance Privacy: Understanding of ethical standards and legal frameworks.Bonus points if you:
– Relevant certifications in analytics, HR, or data science.
– Prior project experience involving predictive analytics or workforce planning is a plus.
– Statistical Methods: Knowledge of R, Python, or SQL for advanced analytics would be a plus.We offer youWe offer more than just a job.
