Job Category: HR Services, Administration & PayrollJob Description:Division : People and CommunicationsThe RoleAs the People and Communication Country Head, you will lead and manage the Human Resources and Communication function within Poland, ensuring alignment with the organization’s global P&C strategy while responding to local needs and compliance requirements. You will serve as a key strategic partner to the local leadership team, contributing to business performance through people strategies that foster growth, engagement, and innovation.The role will have a dual reporting line to the Heads of HR business partners, with a dotted line to the EB and ESA Branch Managers. The role will also be a member of the Local EB and ESA Management Team.The People and Communication Country Head Poland will collaborate closely with the respective domain leaders across People and Communications (Recruitment, L&D, HR Operations, HR Legal and Comp &Ben) to ensure alignment with the global vision and effective execution of strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Partner with global HR Business Partners and P&C domain leaders to localize and implement the global HR strategy.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the country leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and actively contribute to P&C transformation and change initiatives at the country level.
People Management & Talent Development
- In collaboration with the global HRBP Leads and global domain leaders, oversee end-to-end talent management processes including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture through leadership development and employee engagement programs.
- Collaborate with the domain leads to ensure alignment in global vision and strategy
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex or sensitive HR issues.
- You are familiar with GDPR and data privacy in HR processes
- Considering our mobility programs, you are familiar with Cross-border employment issues
- Support and ensure implementation of DEI initiatives in line with global standards.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Actively contribute to the design and delivery of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems, ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Lead the local HR budgeting and forecasting processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration with other departments and counterparts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology.
- 10-15+ years HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in an international or highly complex matrix environment, and proven track record in strategic HR leadership, including managing transformation and growth.
- Deep HR Expertise (Talent acquisition and retention, Employee relations and labour law (especially local compliance and international standards), Compensation & benefits, Performance management systems, Learning & development programs, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies)
- Experience managing HR teams and working in cross-cultural, multilingual settings. Prior experience in leading HR in a shared services or business process outsourcing environment is a strong plus.
- You are familiar with GDPR and data privacy in HR processes
- Considering our international mobility programs, you are familiar with Cross-border employment issue
