About the Role:
As an HR Expert Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation’s human resources strategies and practices. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant regulations and support the organisation’s goals.
* Partner with managers to address employee relations issues effectively and proactively, fostering a culture of respect, fairness, and open communication.
* Lead recruitment efforts by developing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and providing input on candidate selection.
* Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and performance improvement.
* Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights, and recommend proactive solutions to address areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Experienced with laws and legislation’s in the Flemish Region
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Fluent Dutch (C1/C2)
* Confident using Microsoft Office tools
