We are looking for a HR professional with 2-4 years of experience whom value collaboration, knowledge sharing, appreciate transparency and working on a diverse international company.How you will make an impactSupport Project Team on HRBP´s activities.Support the staffing processes including workforce planning & creation of job profiles.Work with both operational and strategic tasks with focus on culture, people and organizationUnderstands business needs and provides support and suggestions when applying HR policies and processes.Proactively support & suggest management on General HR topicsConsultancy firms experience will be valuableYour backgroundBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Between 2-4 years proven experience in HR Projects / HR Business Partner/ Talent Partner preferably within the power and energy industry, or another international company with a complex matrix organizationKnowledge of HR principles and practicesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.Communication and interpersonal skillsSpanish and English fluent (Speaking and Writing)Strong Excel & Word skills
