Join us in our mission to provide top-notch security solutions globally.A Bit About the Role:As an HR Generalist/HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in providing operational HR support to employees and managers. You will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function and across people-related processes in the organization. Your role will involve assisting in the development of HR practices, policies, and guidelines to align with business needs and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.What You’ll Do:

  • Provide HR support, guidance, and advice to employees and managers.
  • Assist in developing HR practices, policies, and guidelines to meet the needs of the business.
  • Guide and coach managers in all HR-related processes.
  • Manage the recruitment, selection, and interviewing process, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, collaboration with external agencies, etc.
  • Conduct HR inductions with new starters and exit interviews for leavers.
  • Implement organizational changes, including promotions, role changes, and reporting line changes.
  • Ensure all HR administrative records are updated and maintained in Hibob.
  • Ensure HR policy documentation is up to date with current legislation and in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Analyze HR data metrics to develop business insights.
  • Prepare reports as per business needs and requests.
  • Prepare payroll for monthly/annual compensation adjustments, including annual bonus administration.
  • Monitor benefits/insurances, visa applications, and sponsorships.
  • Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and performance/appraisal processes.
  • Manage absence management processes.
  • Monitor merit review process, budget allocation, and issue related documentation.
  • Monitor bonus/commission/SIP processes and communicate with employees accordingly.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures and manage employee relations.
  • Manage Voice of Employee (VoE) and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Undertake other ad hoc responsibilities and projects as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Generalist or HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Understanding of EU employment laws and practices
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Hibob), MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in ISO standards and compliance preferred.
