TERRITORY INFLUENCE CEE is looking for a HR Generalist | HU (m/f/d) who will manage all our HR related tasks for Hungary & Poland and be part of our global HR team!Immediate availability // full time (40h) // indefinite period // Budapest, HungaryYour responsibilities:

• Recruitment activities; coordinate end-to end recruitment and selection
• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Create onboarding/offboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
• Carry out all administrative activities related to employment
• Management of employment contracts, documentation of employee entry and exit (preparation of contractual documentation, preparation of legal documents), translations HU-EN-HU
• Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
• Coordinate the payroll process including data provision required for payroll accounting (supervision of time management system, external payroll company)
• Prepare calculations and (monthly, quarterly) reporting of HR indicators
• Collaborate with external service providers (payroll provider, company health insurance, training provider, student agency, visa agency) and manage all related administration eg. contracts, invoices, certificate of completion

You can provide:

• University or college degree preferably in HR or Economy/Business Administration
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, precise handling of data, attention to detail
• Fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
