We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the development and execution of engaging animation events and talent management initiatives for our dynamic Digital community in France. In this pivotal role, you will foster a culture of growth and empowerment by providing our team members with the tools and resources they need to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Digital Community Engagement:

• Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative animation events and projects specifically tailored to our Digital teams, encompassing both e-commerce and Consumer Marketing Insight (CMI)
• Develop and optimize engaging resources and tools that empower our community members to take ownership of their professional development.

Optimize Talent Management Processes:

• Collaborate closely with HR teams across France and internationally to streamline and enhance talent management processes.
• Ensure seamless alignment of talent initiatives across all regions.

Lead Special Projects:

• Provide dedicated support for ad-hoc talent management projects as needed, contributing expertise and innovative solutions.
