The opportunity:
 

For our Office in Copenhagen we are looking for a full-time:

HR GENERALIST (maternity cover)

We are looking for you with … … a big affinity for people, administration and reporting, as well as experiencing joy of working with various stakeholders and excitement for the beauty industry.
 

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Office Coordination (10%):

-Office Management (groceries, office supplies, etc.)

-PO / Vendor/Invoice Management for Scandinavia HR Team

-Postal Administration

-Oversee Sim Card Management in Close Cooperation with IT

HR-Administration

-Prepare and maintain Monthly and Annual HR Reports
-Provide FTE overviews for Finance
-Handle contract management and employment documentations
-Update and maintain employee records in MSC
-Oversee sickness reporting and related compliance
-Ensure accuracy of data in People Trends
-Coordinate HR-related tickets and IT matters

Payroll

-Manage payroll cut-off and ensure accurate data input

-Handle pension scheme documentation and updates
-Coordinate maternity leave processes and requests
-Submit compensation requests (VIRK) for sickness and parental leave
-Support in the execution of HR pocesses
 

We are looking forward to meeting you, if you:  

-Are empathic and enthusiastic
-Have a strong hands-on mentality
-Have at least two years of relevant HR experience
-Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
-Are highly data-driven and detail-oriented
-Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Have strong administrative capabilities
-Are fluent in Danish, and English (written & spoken)
-Have a solid understanding of Danish labor law and employment regulations
