with focus on RecruitmentResponsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the multisource-recruitment and onboarding process
- Develop and implement local HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the group’s HR policies and with the business objectives
- Payroll process coordination and data provision required for payroll
- Assess training needs, organize training programs, monitor them
- Ensure compliance with legislation in human resources management following all legal/regulatory changes
- Creating a positive working environment as part of social dialogue (help form a pleasant culture for performance)
- Initiating and monitoring projects related to HR within the company
- HR Controlling
Requirements:
- Specialized (HR/legal) higher education
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Confident English language skills, fluent Hungarian
- User-level MS Office knowledge
- Experienced in multi-source recruiting, personnel leasing/renting
- Knowledge of law of 3-th national employement
- Knowledge of payroll processes
- Knowledge of Hu labour law/ regulations, able to generate HR documents (contracts, addendums, written notices…)
- Knowledge of HR processes (preferably in manufacturing)
- High level communication skills
- Good conflict solving skills
- High stress tolerance, flexible
- Open personality, loyal and strictly confidential
