We are looking for you, if you have:interest in HR areavery good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+/C1),proficient in the use of Microsoft Office,experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners,excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate,strong people & client orientation,accurate, structured and strong attention to detail,ability to work in an international and multicultural environment,Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent).You’ll get extra points for:Dutch or French language (B2/C1),experience in HR area,expertise in agile, operational management, quality management and risk,experience in working with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR system,knowledge of Belgian legal rules & regulations: labor law/ employment,problem solving & decision making.Your responsibilities:perform assigned HR tasks that can include performing actions in HR systems,taking care of administration around ING colleagues that join, leave or change jobs,maintaining employee data,handling employee inquiries and cooperation with Managers,maintaining the knowledge base for employees, managers and other HR,assist to implement policies, procedures or systems.
