As the leader of the Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in shaping the organizational culture, building the HR infrastructure, and attracting top talent to drive the success of the new ventures.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, a deep understanding of labor laws and compliance, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment. If you are ready to make an impact and lead HR in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we encourage you to apply.Taking responsibility for the company’s human resource management systemInnovate and educate organization culture and the advice of employees’ valuesCoordinating and developing the HR teamSettle and implement the training management structureDeveloping the company’s salary systemDeveloping and implementing HR strategyDevelop internal HR policiesPreparing HR reports, statistics, presentations, summaries, analysesProviding HR-related support to managersCooperation with partner organisations, external HR partners and authoritiesCollege degree in Human Resource or PsychologyHR-related legal knowledge is requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in HR field and at least 2 years of leadership experienceCommunication level English skills (both orally and in writing)Excellent knowledge of human resources regulations and lawsOutstanding communication and coordination skills and being able to take responsibilityBeing organised, self motivated and independentCompany carCafeteriaBonus system (13th and 14th month’s salary)
