HR Manager

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: A‚¬70,000 per annum

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English required

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a leading international food service and hospitality organisation based in Amsterdam. This is a key role for a proactive HR professional who enjoys working across both strategic and operational areas, supporting employees and stakeholders within a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

* Manage and deliver a broad range of HR activities across the business
* Provide strategic and hands-on HR support to local and international stakeholders
* Build strong relationships across the organisation and act as a trusted HR partner
* Support employee engagement, development, and organisational growth
* Advise managers on HR processes, policies, and best practices
* Drive continuous improvement across HR operations
* Work closely with teams across the business to support organisational goals
* Operate independently while adding value across multiple areas of the organisation

About You

* Fluent or native Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills
* Proven experience working within an international organisation, ideally within hospitality, catering, food service, or a similar fast-paced environment
* A well-rounded HR professional who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on
* Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
