You will be working closely with HRBP’s, Recruitment, HR Admin, Legal, Payroll, Tax to operate an efficient mobility system.

• Working in accordance with an existing mobility policy

• Managing a variety of complex situations arising from mobility, relocation, immigration, expatriates until signing the contract

• Advise and guide managers, recruiters, HRBP’s in mobility issues

• Communication with our mobility vendors

• Coordinating projects with external vendors and internal teams

• Participating in Compensation & Benefits projects, tasks

What brings you aboard

• Knowledge of global mobility lifecycle processes and methodologies

• Completed University/College studies

• Good written and spoken English (Hungarian is an advantage)

• Confidential usage of MS Office

• Ability to improve processes and to identify potential problems and issues easily

• Advantage: knowledge of Employee Central and SuccessFactors
