This could be the perfect role for you!In this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various aspects of employee management. As an HR officer, you are providing advice and support on HR related matters. Executing all personnel mutations, preparing the payroll process and improves HR related processes. Also acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Employee Relations: Being a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and generating HR reports as needed.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Recruitment: managing the recruitment of interns and young professionals and supporting the HR Advisor with other roles.
• HR projects: supporting and execute HR related projects.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or relevant field;
• You have already gained experience as an HR officer before
• Proactive, curious & energetic;
• Organizational skills with an eye for detail;
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
