- Source candidates using databases, social media,temporary agencies, networking, schools…
- Create job adverts and publish them on different web portals.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Define and develop creative recruitment strategies to identify the talent for Kymos vacancies and collaborate with managers on hiring plans to anticipate future hiring needs.
Onboarding and off-boarding
- Welcome and Inform new employees on company policies.
- Organize integration interviews
- Organize exit interviews for off-boarding.
HR policies and Talent management
- Participate in the coordination of company equal opportunity programs and Corporate Social Responsibility and other Talent Retention plans.
- Oversee training plan, coordinate training sessions and ensure accurate maintenance of all training data.
Other responsibilities will include :
- Assist with HR communication and HR events
- Update of job descriptions
- Give support in employee relations matters

RequisitosRequired Knowledge and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations or related field.
- 3+ years experience as HR Generalist in a fast- paced international environment.
- Fluency in Spanish, Catalan and English.
- Experience with cloud HR softwares
- Positive attitude, resliliency and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in team and also independently with decision making and complex problem- solving skills.
