The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Operational Compliance Partner to join our People Services Hub in providing high level support to some of the key operational deliverables.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of any new systems or processes related to Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). This will entail carrying out regular internal audits on all processes and records whilst also working with Faculties and units to ensure the university is aware of the key requirements from a safeguarding process.

Although this role is aligned to our Milton Keynes office, we are flexible on location across the UK, with the understanding of occasional ad-hoc attendance onsite.

Skills and experience

  • Do you possess previous experience working within a HR Shared Services / HR Operational environment in large, complex organisation?
  • Do you have experience of HR related compliance activities within operational teams, specifically focused on screening and vetting activity, for example, DBS?
  • Are you experienced in reviewing and improving complex, high-volume HR processes in an efficient, effective, and technologically focused manner?
  • Are you data driven, confident in analysing and extracting large data sets?

If you can answer “Yes” to these questions, then we would love to hear from you.

The full summary of duties and skills required for the role can be found within the Job Description.
