Job Description:We now have the opportunity for a HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team at Resideo. This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days based at our office in Nagykanizsa, Hungary.As HR Operations Specialist, you will join the HR Operations team to ensure high quality service delivery and provide comprehensive operational support for key HR processes. This role manages the end-to-end onboarding process for internal and external hires, ensuring a smooth experience for all involved. You will also support the Employee Life Cycle process and HR Operations, answering HR related queries and providing global HR services via email support.In addition to HR Operations tasks, you will also provide support and guidance on Payroll related topics. This combination of HR Operations and Payroll roles will allow you to oversee the entire process.You will recognise opportunities to enhance or adjust processes and effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete onboarding process for internal and external hires.
- Act as a point of escalation for onboarding issues, resolving delays and obstacles promptly.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and compliance with country regulations.
- Use HR systems to monitor and manage the onboarding process, ensuring timely resolution of pending tasks.
- Handle HR queries, manage HR data, and assist with data updates as needed.
- Collecting, validating, and providing all required input (new hires, leavers, sick leave documents, declaration documents) for payroll processing.
- Pay slip distribution.
- Collecting and validating T&A data and providing the data to payroll.
- Take care of all kinds of calculations such as reimbursements, car allowances, transport allowances.
- Handle all required year-end/start year activities of payroll.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address system discrepancies, support business needs, and improve communication.
- Collaborate with local teams for monthly closing, payroll, HR data analysis, and administrative support.
- Manage employment documentation and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
- Support the HR Country Leader with employee relations activities.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Previous experience in a similar HR role which includes Payroll experience.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Hungarian legal environment/regulations and Social Security.
- Experience in handling local/government systems/tasks.
