Human Resources Management organization is seeking a new team member for the following position:HR BUSINESS PARTNERLocation: Hungary & HQ support | Supported Team: Operating company,~ 4-500 colleagues | Travel frequency: 1x week Százhalombatta, 1x month AlgyőOur MissionJoin us as a key HR Business Partner supporting multiple areas within our IT division. You’ll be the go-to expert for people matters across ~4-500 talented professionals – helping us shape the future of HR in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a trusted HR advisor to your managers – your insights matter here
• Own employee lifecycle processes – from onboarding to offboarding, keeping everything smooth, legal and people-first
• Turn business goals into HR action – from org design to transformation support
• Work with controllers to analyze costs, interpret data and support planning
• Drive performance, talent and development with real impact
• Make HR processes easy to understand and accessible for managers
• Be the voice for your people – boost engagement, satisfaction and team spirit

What You Need to Succeed:

• College or University degree
• Fluent in English & Hungarian
• Min. 3 years of relevant HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP), ideally in international settings
• Solid understanding of Hungarian labor law
• Category B driving license
• Confident with MS Office, SAP
