We invite you to put your talents and career in motion at Flowserve.Role summary:The HR Partner, Compensation and Benefits Sr. Analyst is a highly impactful role partnering with key business leaders and HR Partners to manage, design and administer broad-based compensation and benefits programs focused primarily in EMEA. This position will keep up-to-date on market practices, liaise with vendors and benefit brokers, conduct analytics, and develop best in class compensation and benefits programs and tools. This position will also serve as the subject matter expert for compensation and benefit matters for EMEA.Accountabilities:Consult with business leaders and HR Partners on compensation and benefits needs in EMEAReview global compensation programs and structures for regional market-competitiveness and provide recommendations for effective changeReview global and regional benefits programs and coordinate with local vendors and benefit brokers to ensure programs are aligned with market competitivenessManage compensation and benefits benchmarking process to ensure jobs are correctly aligned to global structuresPartner with business leaders and HR Business partners on data analytics and provide consulting on best practices in compensation and benefits program managementmonitoring new or revised laws and regulations for impact to regional compensation and benefits programsPartner within global compensation and benefits team to assist with strategy, design, planning, assessment and administration of compensation and benefits projects as neededCoordinate communication and change-management plans with local business leadersAssist with program administration and escalated associate issues with EMEAOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience5-7 years of experience with compensation and benefits in EMEASelf-starter with ability to manage projects and job responsibilities with limited supervisionStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlinesAbility to communicate clearly, partner with various teams and influence key leadersHigh attention to detail with strong analytical skills and financial acumen requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteWhat we can offer you:Friendly multicultural environment and team eventsLife, accident and health insuranceCafeteria PackageCareer development and training opportunityThere is an opportunity for home officeIf this sounds like you and you are interested in a growth mindset role with a global leader in the fluid control industry, then click APPLY with your English CV and one of our Talent Acquisition team with get in touch with you very soon.
