The HR team strives to champion and advance an extraordinary experience for all associates to thrive and deliver.The role you’ll perform will focus on supporting various HR Operations programs including Project Management, Continuous Improvement (CI), Portal Content, Mobility and Immigration and establishing new or improve existing processes and programs where needed.Your role:Support and participate on design of CI and Project Management programs as neededPartner with all levels across HR organization and leadership to implement concepts and drive impact of strategic initiativesIdentify and drive process improvements within HR operations areas of serviceSupport knowledge base of HR content (customer facing and back-office)Manage global mobility and immigration cases as neededEngage with vendors to support mobility or immigration experiencePartner with Technology for HR Portal performance and effectivenessSupport CI and Project Management programs as neededPartner on designing and implementing project management standards and best practices across HRAct as a project management subject matter expert and coach across multiple projects in Flowserve HRDrive and project manage continuous improvement cases through internal governance and implementation processPartner with subject matter experts and global process owners across HR on solution designSupport knowledge management strategy for HR content to ensure our associates always have accurate information availableUse metrics and data to maximize search rankings, optimize content, and analyze user engagementAct as case manager for international assignees or newly hired associates, review cost estimates, engage with service providers and provide support where neededEstablish credibility within the organization by providing guidance and support based on expertiseDemonstrate ownership and accountability for areas of responsibility by driving resolutions in a timely and thorough mannerOther duties as required and assigned by manager.
