At ESPRIT, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution at the start of an iconic brand’s global return.Come join us asHR & Payroll Assistant, NordicFor 24 hours per week(28277 )Job Description/Main ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources·Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner·Coordination of all aspects of health and safety regulation, social security·All aspects of personnel administration & payroll (either direct or indirect): payroll , new hiring, variable data, changes, labor contracts, etc.·Foster a culture of positive work environment in which all employees can support social initiatives & local involvement·Provide day to day advice on all human resource matters, such as personnel queries and legal issues to our Retail and Wholesale departments in the countries we cover, which is Sweden, Finland and Denmark·Cover administration tasks, such as reporting, contracts & side letters etc.Learning & Development·Conduct surveys, evalutations etc.Employee Relations·Assist with various employee cases with the union and works council in the different countries·Ensure consistent/ legal employee relations practices using knowledge of employment law in combination with company policy, procedures, and practicesRecruitment·Coordinate all recruitment activities·Ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnelIt would be an advantage, but not a requirement if you posses:·Either swedish or finnish language skills·Are familiar with payroll processingBenefits
