Why do we need you ?

HR Project Manager will co-develop and lead HR Transformation projects in the company of the HR Director of Mobility BU. The projects are identified based on Sekurit Strategic Drivers “OUR PEOPLE” pillar and its must-win battles. Today the defined projects include Skill Centers, Empowering Teams, Feedback Culture, LeadHERship, Tech People Development.

1) Management of HR Transformation Projects

  • Co-develop the roadmap, vision and change management strategy for the projects
  • Benchmark, study, and ideate to define the global framework and guidelines for Sekurit countries
  • Coordinate and manage the projects: governance, engagement of key stakeholders, planning, follow-up
  • Accompany deployment in Sekurit countries: advise, coach, evaluate
  • Animate communities around each project
  • Lead communication activities internally & externally
  • Event facilitation in important occasions (workshops, livechats…)

2) Learning and Development 

Help different teams of Sekurit International in the instructional design (online & offline training) and support Sekurit countries with L&D tools :

  • Instructional design (blended learning path, e-learning, classroom training, etc.)
  • Learning Management System (LMS/Boost) key user role: train Sekurit countries’ admin users on the LMS, troubleshoot, track & reporting

3) Development of Expert Path

Contribute to developing the career and activities of technical experts within Sekurit called Global Tech Leaders and Local Tech Leaders:

  • Set up global program framework and participate in the governance along with the Cluster Managers
  • Follow-up deployment in Sekurit countries
  • Promote the activities of GTLs and the Tech Communities
  • Develop & organize training path for newly appointed GTLs
  • Talent management: People Reviews of GTL & LTL
  • Contribute to organization of annual events such as Tech Forum, Enhance Tech Month, etc.

4) HR Community animation

Being in close contact and support for the HR teams in Sekurit countries, help with:

  • CARE Committee (quarterly HR meeting with Sekurit Comex)
  • HR Directors’ monthly meetings
  • Me@Saint-Gobain reviews
  • Empowering teams: regular meeting with the Sekurit countries (HRD, GM, Industrial dir)

Is this job for you ?

  • Master’s degree in business management or human Ressources Management (Bac+5)
  • Minimum 3 / 5 years of experience in HR Development
  • Organizational skills & project management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Facilitation skills (people interactions)
  • English: mandatory
