Role Description
 

People & Culture Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labour knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery. 
 

P&C Local Services 
is responsible for resolving employee requests, consulting employees and carrying out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (parts of onboarding, contractual changes and termination process). P&C Services Consultant cooperates closely with all other teams within HR. Services in scope are delivered onsite or remotely. 
 

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities
 

-Responsible for Operational side of HR activities
 
-Administration of contractual changes
 
-Time management and absences administration
 
-Benefits administration
 
-Onboarding of new hires and related administration
 
-Involvement in exit procedures
 
-Creation of HR statements, verification and employment letters 
 
-Second level support for all kind of HR inquiries coming from employees and managers 
 
-HR Portal pages maintenance

-Education and qualifications / Skills and competencies

-Hungarian & English language skills written and spoken fluently is 
essential

-Knowledge of Hungarian employment law/ legislation

-Good knowledge of HR processes

-Accuracy / Quality driven, analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures

-Excellent MS Office skills
 

 Work Experience:

-1+ years of work experience in similar role in HR
