Our GBS center is an exceptional facility with an efficient and remarkable design and culture.We are looking for :HR Services Specialist (2nd Shift) – Total RewardsIn this role you will have the opportunity to provide your knowledge and skills within Total Rewards processes. You will also consult with multiple levels of the organization on a variety of challenging audits and complex reporting projects. In this position, you will be considered the Subject Matter Expert and will provide support across all brands including our team members, business partners, legal counsel, and others by proactively supporting their needs, addressing escalated issues, streamlining processes and collaborating with the People Teams and leadership to ensure service is being delivered in a timely, efficiently and in an accurate manner. This position has access to confidential team member information and records.Main Responsibilities:Maintain working knowledge and be SME of Total Rewards processes (including but not limited to compensation, benefits, global mobility); ensure that applicable leave policies are being applied consistently, accurately, and timely, as well as proactively identify risks and provide proper escalation for high-level resolutionAssist team members with questions related to Total Rewards policies and processes and provide quality support with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness consistent with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Act as a point of contact regarding sensitive escalations, analysis of potential problems and solutionsProvide support for Total Rewards functions, including but not limited to data management, auditing, reporting, testing; meet with Compensation and Benefits Partners; assist with Total Rewards team projects when neededCooperate with vendors, assist with reviewing, auditing, and processing data files, meeting with the vendor regularly to address and resolve participant questions and other issues as neededCooperate and support other internal teams/departments and participate in process transitions according to business requirementsActively participate in the improvement and development of the company’s policies and procedures; suggest and support implementation of communications, SOP’s, process and systems enhancements (both internal and vendor platforms); reporting of trends, system auditsOther duties, responsibilities, and activities as assignedRequirements:Availability to work for 2nd shift (starting between 1:00 and 3:00 pm)Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to conduct oral presentationsStrong customer service orientationAbility to work with internal team members at all levels, but also vendors and external parties, maintain relationships through regular communication with stakeholdersBasic knowledge of Human Resource Management & Total RewardsUnderstanding processes and how complex systems are interrelated, and applying knowledge of multiple functions/marketsProficient in the use of PC software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Workday and other HRIS software.
