The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:The HR Specialist provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Company’s Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Generalists while also partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Experience) to manage and perform operational needs of HR programs and initiatives.This role is a fixed term contract until September 2026What You’ll Do:Manage overall off-boarding process for exiting employeesAssist with employee relations matters and investigationsProvide support to HRBPs for strategic year-round HR related programs and initiativesProvide case management and resolution of tier 2 inquiries for assigned client groupsPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports or dashboards for baseline analysisPartner with HRBP to prepare presentations/meetings conveying HR related initiativesServe as HR Operations COE advocate for COEs by providing administrative and operational support for key deliverables of HR programsPartner with L&D to facilitate trainings for HR programs and initiativesPartner with HR Technology team on configuring systems and processes based on business needsPartner with the HR Shared Services team on employment life cycle changesMaintain constant knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s policies and proceduresWork closely with HR Shared Services team and appropriate COE to ensure client group data integrityCoordinate with HR Shared Services to identify areas for improvement to existing processes as applicableSupportSupport and complete ad-hoc projects as assignedWhat You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree coupled with 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced organizationWorkday experience and ServiceNow preferredExcellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillsProcess improvement and project management skillsAbility to work cross functionally, with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail and passion for data accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office#LI-EF1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-friendly and flexible work cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Resource Groups, geographic neighbourhood groups and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
