• Actively contribute to the successful transition of time and attendance processes and responsibilities in close collaboration with German colleagues
• Provide support, information and guidance in a designated area of the employee lifecycle with a customer- and quality oriented attitude
• Address HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and HR Business Partners working in Germany
• Handle assigned cases with accuracy while taking into account compliance with local labour laws and company policies
• Take a pivotal role in creating, refining, and enhancing HR process documentation, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas
• Personality: You are thorough, self-organized, motivated, detail-oriented and service minded. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Languages:

• Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
• Mid-level English (B1) skills
• Hungarian language knowledge is not required, but an advantage
