In addition, it also consists of escalators and moving walks, passenger boarding bridges, stair and platform lifts.Support HR Service Transition: Assist with the transition of HR processes, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and process implementation. Collaborate with HR Business Process Analysts in assessing and defining HR processes for operational transition.HR Process Execution & Administration: Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, offboarding, etc… processes. Ensure accurate and timely
processing of HR data, documentation, and compliance with policies.Employee Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-todate employee data in HR systems. Support audits and data quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.Support Employee Queries & Issue Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies. Resolve
operational issues and escalate complex cases as needed, working closely with HR and other departments.HR Process Improvement: Identify, initiate, and drive process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing them
in HR operations to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service delivery. Collaborate with HR teams to standardize processes and optimize workflows.Training & Development: Provide training on HR processes and systems to employees and HR team members. Update training materials and ensure employees are equipped to follow HR procedures consistently.Operational Reporting & Metrics: Support the generation of HR reports and tracking of key service delivery metrics. Monitor the effectiveness of HR operations and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding tasks or issues.Support HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives or changes to policies and processes.
Ensure communication and training are in place for smooth transitions.Elvárások / RequirementsConfident English and French knowledge, both written and spokenCompleted studies (preferably in business administration or a comparable degree)2-3 years of experience in delivering and steering high-quality customer services in an HR Shared Service environmentA continuous improvement mindset with a focus on the betterment of your process stream and the team itselfGood communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills as well as interest in being in close contact to employees, managers and local HR.Amit nyújtunk / BenefitsCafeteria
